Users may contact SASF if they believe a profile photo, tournament photo, video, or other media should be reviewed or removed.
Usage and Technical Information
When you use the SASF website or app, certain technical information may be collected automatically by SASF or its technology service providers.

Access to administrative systems should be limited to authorized individuals who reasonably require access for tournament, operational, safety, support, or technical purposes.

Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, and account credentials and should notify SASF if they believe their account has been compromised.

Access to personal information is limited to individuals and organizations that reasonably require access to operate SASF activities and Services.

10. Profile Photos, Tournament Photos, Videos, and Media
Users who upload profile photos understand that those photos may be displayed within the SASF app as part of their profile or tournament participation.
Tournament photographs, videos, match highlights, interviews, or other media may also be uploaded or published by authorized SASF personnel.
Where SASF requests media permission or consent, SASF may use approved media for:

SASF mobile applications

SASF will use such media consistent with the permission or authorization provided and applicable requirements.

SASF tournaments and community activities may include children and teenagers.
The SASF app is a general community and tournament application and is not intended primarily for children under 13.
Where a minor participates in SASF activities, SASF may collect information reasonably necessary for registration, administration, eligibility, safety, or guardian authorization.

Account deletion is intended to delete the user’s account and associated personal information that SASF is not legally or reasonably required to retain.
